**Damaged, defective, or wrong items:** Contact us with a photo of the issue and your order number — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.

**Changed your mind / wrong size:** Since every item is custom-printed to order, please check our size chart before ordering. If it's within 30 days of delivery, reach out and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund under our guarantee.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
